"I’ve been a fairly avid customer for about 4 years, and always had high remarks for Cigar House and good experiences, but that has changed today. I took to my brother into the shop today to show him around and meet the staff. After about 7-8 minutes of browsing the shop and choosing cigars, we were told that “this is a quick sale shop, you can’t be here for hours” and “just pick what you need and leave”. First…we were not planning to be there for hours. Second…we visited ready to buy cigars and pipe tobacco. We were even planning to buy some boxes of cigars and ash trays. Obviously, we were run out of the store before that could happen because apparently we were shopping “too long” and “taking our time” after 7-8 minutes. It’s seems they don’t have the time or patience for loyal customers. Very rude and off-putting remarks that did not make me want to return. I have no plans of going back."
