"Ordered sub online. First time at store, so had to ask at sub counter if ready. One female employee seemed confused what I wanted and called over another employee. They spoke in foreign language, then I repeated to 2nd female, who then pointed to holding case. My sub was in the heated area; I ordered cold. I didn't want to go through more explanation and figured sub had not been there long enough to do much harm; was in a rush anyway. I opened sub later, it was ok, but not the most appealing sub compared to past ones. It was also soggy on one side."

"Was my local store until TODAY and I’ll never go back there ! Waited for 10 minutes at the hot food section. A lady and her kids were in front me. That’s fine ! An other Lady came said hi to her employee friend ( black man ). So now tell me why he served her before me ?! "I honestly don’t want to give any stars. I’m a totally disgusted with the customer service that I received from Lily and the Deli Manager Gloria. I always come to Publix for my salads since the meat is the freshest and I’m on a keto diet. I order my salads consistently the same way each time I come and always pay about $7.80 for my salad. Well today, Lilly states I had to pay $3 extra for my meat. I disagreed so she called Gloria who confirmed that I would have to pay an extra $3 for the same meat I always order or cancel my order. I was already frustrated because I haven’t eaten all day after a long day at work. I think the Publix deli team needs to get on the same team with pricing because it’s no reason I’ve ordered multiple salads within a 2 week time frame and the price isn’t consistent! I left the store frustrated and disappointed while Lily and Gloria walked off without a care in the world. I will be in touch with higher management."
