"My fiancé and I where ignored for several minutes at the deli and when we asked if they where still open we where again ignored. When the lady at the deli finally decided she was ready to help us after us asking a 2nd time she proceeded to have a foul attitude with me. Will not be ordering again."

"I bought some roses 2 days ago, I was ready to arrange them today and all the petals were falling off, went to return them and the employees said flowers are not returnable, I asked were in the receipt said that, they didn't respond, I ask for the manager and he started to lecturing me about the caring of the product, I told him flowers are old that's why they folling apart. Selling old flowers is not right. Finaly he did agreed to refund my money."

When I say from beginning of phone call positive to end result extremely happy - Trust me if you get Messiah on the phone you will be super pleased. Very passionate about what she does for Kroger and I had to tell everyone that thinks there isn't good service nowadays because she will change your thinking. "I do believe in equal opportunity for all , and I get that Kroger gets a big tax break on hiring special needs individuals. So I want them to do a better job on training those individuals. I go to Kroger for my sub sandwich ( weekly) it’s always dirty and nets / flies all over the cutting machine. I always ask for the machine to be clean before they cut my meat & cheese. This is a serious problem!"

"Went in today to just exchange a bag of chicken bought earlier because it had a mold like salmonella look as you can see in the picture which I took at the actual store. manager Fred went on to say since my Aunt didn't keep her receipt she's stuck with it cause Kroger policy does not allow exchanges without a receipt "which apparently was a lie cause I watched them do it earlier while waiting for lottery" i will post video on my YouTube & TikTok pages of complete encounter, it will probably infuriate most!"
