"Wish I could give no stars. I go to this Walmart often because I live in the area and it is convenient. I am big on customer service. If I am going to spend my money at any store or business, appreciation for me being your customer is must. Because I can go somewhere where my business is appreciated and won't be treated with disrespect. I went to customer service and this young boy, named Mir was just completely rude. Walmart will hire anyone just to give someone a job or to have people just walking around and do nothing. My thing is, if you work in customer service, you have to deal with customers. Deal with customers the right way. If not then, they don't need to be in customer service. What some fail to realize is that the customers are a reason they get paid and have a job. I am DONE with Collins Hill Walmart."

"Saw where they were getting rid of their fabric. Asked for help cutting fabric and someone went to get them. 2 people later, Nicolas came. He was really nice and priced the bolts I was getting. He showed me how to check prices using the app on my phone so I could see what was on sale. Store was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful."

"I've come here three times for some oil changes and always get turned away due to "lack of staff" Never get an oil change in decent time. Always 3 hrs even when coming in when they open. I wonder why the lube and tire shop even exists at this point honestly. The people that speak with me are polite and professional however I should have to clear a whole day for oil change essence they don't book appointments"

"Went there to help a friend who was having problems with a contact stuck in his eye. The eye doctor wasn't there but Sean went out of his way to help my friend. He was able to guide my friend and he got the contact out. What a great thing for Walmart to have employees like Sean."
