"I went to Robert's Jewelry & Design to have the battery for my Breitling watch replaced, and they were awesome. I have a watch kit at home and tried a DIY home battery replacement. I was great at getting all the screws out. When it came time to put the microscopic screws that hold down the battery case back in, it was a complete failure. I called Robert's and spoke with Logan, who said it's a common story. She said to bring it in, and we'll replace the battery while you wait. I took my collection of screws in, and she used her apparent super vision and surgeon like hands to put the watch back together. Thanks for saving the day Logan."
