"I love this store. Although, some of the staff is rude with bad attitudes. They are very unfriendly & unprofessional. They are reluctant when asked for assistance. The atmosphere & environment are horrible. When you first walk in the door all you can smell is cigarette smoke. You can even smell it on some of the clothing. Again, the store is great, but I think some of the employees can use additional training. A couple of them doesn’t even know anything about customer service & their policies. I would not recommend shopping @ this store, unless there is a staff turnover!!!!!"
