"I bought a Apple Watch from them with no charger, the young gentleman in the front said I can take it home and buy a charger and if I have any issues I can come back and they will give me a full refund even though the don’t do refund nor exchanges ! I later got home that day to find out the Apple Watch was locked by the previous owener, i got on Google to look at the reviews of this place to see there weren’t rated so good and how people can’t get there money back when buying from there I was so nervous that I wasn’t gonna get my money back after I spend 170$ on the watch which they also gave me a discount on the watch cause it was 250$ I came back the next day they tried to help me with the watch and couldn’t they gave me a full refund and let me keep the watch for 20$ I’m very glad with my experience and for them to stick to there word even though they don’t do refunds the three man in the front we very helpful!"

"Just had $130 taken from me, because they tried to give me a used gun, when at the time of sale they said I would have a brand new gun in box. Paid 650.00 for the gun. When I saw that it was a used gun they were trying to give me, I asked for my money back, and they only returned $520.00. I wish to God I had read these reviews before spending my money there, but all I can say is, NEVER AGAIN. The big guy with slick back hair, wanted to argue with me on the way out the door, trying to threaten me with sending paperwork to ATF that I didn't pick up the gun. I had already paid for the gun in full 3 days ago. This was a result of shady business practices. BEWARE!"

"I read the bad reviews here and thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and check them out. While I was there a $100 power tool (that was rightly priced for being used and in a pawnshop) grabbed my attention. While looking at it one of the came over, asked if I was interested in it. Right after I said yes, I was, he grabbed in up from in front of me and said it was wrongly priced. He didn't even give me the opportunity to buy it at the marked price. He just took it back behind the counter and told one of the other guys it was under-priced by $50, that he found it online for $250. I looked the model up on my phone, the $250 was an obscure retailer and not a national chain store like. I also found the same model on ebay, new and with a "buy it now" price that was $10 more than what they marked it up to. Worst case they are very shady in how they do business and should definitely be avoided. Best case, they care so little for their reputation and their customers' view of them that they would rather make an extra $50 than to take advantage of an opportunity to build a good and favorable image. The irony is, I just moved here and I am looking to completely rebuild my tool collection. If I had bought the tool (and that's a big if), the $50 they would have lost would have been more than made up for in other purchases. No to mention that I am also an avid gun collection with a respectable collection that I am constantly adding to."
