Betty Nicole’s Chicago On the Go!

"Update 2-22-19: I have since went to the location and had a long talk with the owner. Since the review she has made changes and even bought new equipment to better serve the customer. She offered to refund all my money and remake my food. I did not allow it. I bought more food giving the spot another chance and they did not disappoint. I thanked her for responding when most owners wouldn't. I will continue to shop with Betty Nicole's bistro and keep the lines of communication open. Back to 5 stars. So I’ve been here maybe 5 times spending at least $25 each time. The 1st time the owner made my food personally. I was the only one there so we talked and she wanted to make my first experience feel like home( Chicago ). 2nd time was a little off cause the bread was stale and broken. This last time I ordered 6 hot daws, 3 maxwells and cheese fries.... Hot does was tough an noticeably old and dark. Two of the had so much mustard the it can out the wrapper and got on every thing else. I opened the polishes and that’s when I lost it. One of them were on a stale broken bun. Another one was broken into multiple pieces and still put on a stale bun and given to me. Cheese fries were lumpy (cheese) and cold. I wanted my co workers to have a taste of Chicago. By it all went to the trash. I work down the street and was so upset that I didn’t call or go back In the beginning the owner had me ready to get behind her and tell all my county co-workers. But I cannot support it anymore."

"Very good dogs and reasonably priced. I'm from the country where chili slaw dogs are religion and this one was good. You have options for toppings and they are generous. Menu has variety with other items"
