"Best service! I accidentally ordered my drink at a different location and was immediately assisted by Summer! She simply asked what the drink was and made it without any questions. That was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! Thank you Summer!!"

"Who ever Donnie is, he is the complete worst. He does not speak and was very condesending when I asked for my drink to be fixed and as if I made it wrong, and was more concerned about conversations with the staff than paying customers. I have visited this location in the past and loved the staff, but these people aren't it. No customer service. Go somewhere else. Heck, go to dunkin in the same plaza at least they won't mess up your drink."

"I completed a mobile order on January 7 for this location shortly before 7 AM when I arrived at the location, it stated that the store was temporarily closed. I knocked on the drive-through window didn’t get a response. I came around to the door and the young lady told me that they did not open until 730. I advised her that the mobile app was allowing orders to be placed and it doesn’t state that you all closed. And she advised me that they would start making drinks at 7:30. I said well I can’t wait. Can I get a refund for the purchase on the mobile app and she advised you’re gonna have to go through corporate because we don’t have any control over the mobile app. I am an avid Starbucks purchaser, and there have been times where stores have been closed, and the mobile app has reflected that the store is closed. If the stores in the app are not going to communicate, there should be a cancel option or a refund option in the app. All of the communication in the app wants you to call the store. However, the staff in the store is directing the customer to corporate that is absolutely ridiculous."

"Visit Date:1/4/24 Service is usually okay. But just a suggestion, if you all are going to close the store cafe, how about disable online ordering? It defeats the purpose of order ahead when we still had to wait in the drive thru for order pickup. This was so inconvenient and I would have never ordered had I known you all would not allow in person pickup this morning . I respect what ever issues you all may have had but what about respecting your customers time? We have jobs or places to get to as well. Very inconsiderate."
