"Diners beware is all I can say. It was a Friday night at 8:40 when we arrived so it wasn’t busy at all and we were seated promptly. Server was new so I don’t fault him on his confusion and timidness. He did his best in my opinion. The problem was the food. Significant other ordered a steak, Pittsburgh style. It took us an hour to get our food. We enjoyed conversation together but it was 10pm before we got our food. We had to request getting bread the first time and settled with that while waiting. When the food arrived, his steak was medium rare and the shrimp he’d added on was barely cooked and cold. My hubby and I aren’t confrontational people and he was just going to pay for it and leave but he ended up asking if they could throw it back on the grill and cook it a little more. The waiter took it and brought it back and it looked EXACTLY the same. At that point, I politely asked for the manager. When the manager came I explained it was not the server and the issue with the steak. She said she’d seen the order and they didn’t know how to cook it that way. Which is fine. My issue was that they didn’t explain this and instead just sent out a rare steak. She said the chef was her husband. And I was able to connect the dots from there. They offered to make something new but at that point who wants to risk it? She went to the kitchen and you could hear the chef cussing and screaming and the whole restaurant was uncomfortable. We opted to pay for what we ordered and left. Won’t ever be returning there. I was shocked by the reaction that went on in the kitchen. It was all handled very unprofessionally. We’re not confrontational at all and we felt bad for the server. But things could’ve been handled so much better. I don’t recommend it."

"The service was good. Our server was very attentive. The salads were fresh and the salmon was adequate. The spinach dip was tasty, however the chips served with it were a little stale. Over all a satisfying meal."

"The experience was very underwhelming. We don’t eat here often but when we do we normally enjoy but today was a MAJOR MISS. Service was slow and poor. We waited almost 10 minutes before the waitress Laken came to the table. We ordered the beer battered onion rings as an appetizer and the batter was so thick that it wasn’t cooked through. Ordered the beer battered fish and pretty much the same issue. Batter so thick on the fish that when you pulled it off, it was still wet….didn’t even eat the second piece. Waited for a refill on Sprite and didn’t get the refill until we were ready to pay our tab. Laken hardly came to check on us after the food was delivered. Not sure if she had too many tables but we know she hardly waited on us. 2 out of 10 - wouldn’t recommend."

"This was my first experience at Logan's, for starters the atmosphere was a nice vibe very spacious with TV's, they also have a bar area, service was good. Food was fresh I had the salmon with shrimp meal I believe the salmon is an 8oz. I would definitely go back because it's a lot of items I would like to try on the menu"
