"I am reviewing for my mother that isn’t very tech savy. She has been a regular customer since they first opened their doors on Bass road. (I know that it is under new management) My mom is a very sweet lady so for her to say she would never go back after the last time they definitely upset her. She said the two ladies working were not friendly and failed at customer service. They told her they couldn’t take any outside merchandise for monogramming, which was fine since it was right before Christmas and she understood they were probably full with orders, but she (my mom) mentioned buying gift cards for the ladies she was get the monogramming done for and they didn’t even really respond nor offered any other option of somewhere else in the area she could go to. So she put everything else that she was going to buy up and left. If you need any monogramming done please check out Macon Monogram. They took her items and had them dine within a couple of days!"

"Great place to stop in and pick up a gift! I have bought candles and snack items there as well as purses. Have had numerous items monogrammed and very pleased how they turned out. They have fun and bright ornaments come Christmas time as well!"

"Very upsetting experience. Overall I brought two jackets to be embroidered with my company logo and name after a pleasant discussion on the details of the job and working out all the kinks on how I want it done I was given a timeframe of two or three days to hear back about a quote to digitize my logo. Sadly, this is where the issues began. I finally received the quote on the day, the estimated completion of the entire project, so it had not even begun yet, and the quote provided to me, was about four times higher than any other person has given me for digitizing a file. They then proceeded to treat me like a child and tell me that digitizing the file for the front and back are different prices when every other person has given me one price for both front and back. Very sad indeed that the only brick and mortar embroidery store in Macon treats their customers like this."

"I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THEIR DOORS AGAIN! Their turn around time is really great! However, the owner of the store needs to learn some customer service skills very quickly! I came in and advised that I needed some assistance with trying to place an order and I would like some help with an idea for a sweatshirt for my daughter. She stopped me and said very rudely that she wanted my name & number, which I ignored then when she told me to spell my name which is the easiest name ever! I was offended, then when I asked for the girl who actually does the embroidery since she was so rude she said nastily “oh she’s not here what is it that you need” I stated I’m not really sure what should go on my daughters sweatshirt I would like for it to be festive. Again still nasty Her response was “oh most people bring in pictures and we follow their ideas & you’re not giving me anything to go off of” even though I already said I’m not sure what I would like but I want festive and I just need some help being steered in the right direction. She also proceeded by saying “oh yeah and we don’t screen print” again why would I look for an embroidery shop to do screen printing anyways. So once she made that comment, I left! I took my money right over to Southern Grace where the girls were pleasant and literally helped me designed my daughters festive sweatshirt from beginning to the end! I felt like from the moment I walked in I was judged by the owner. But when I went in there this summer I was approached by the father of the girl who does the embroidery and his customer service was so great I literally walked out spending almost $60 because of his customer service & I came back and ordered a door sign because he was so nice! But when I picked it up that rude owner was there who just handed it to me. But I ignored it and went back but after this time I will never go back, their owner will continue to chase people away with her judgmental way!"

"I am always pleased with the quick turn around time and that is the reason why I choose Serendipity. However, I’m most displeased with the lack of genuine customer service. For instance, I dropped something off to be monogrammed and was never once greeted. As I walked to the counter, the girl who handles vinyl monograms was not friendly AT ALL. It seemed as if we were bothering her while placing our order. I still had the monograms done because like I said the turn around time is amazing and I needed what I dropped off pretty quick. I was called within the next 2 hours to pick up my order and I walked in AGAIN no hey, hi, how are you..nothing. I walked up to the counter and the same girl just says “pick up” and me thrown off again by the lack of kindness I answered yes and she said in a very rude tone “what is it.” I told her what my order was and told her my name. She then puts my things on the counter and that was it. I always feel like “I’m not good enough” to shop here. I’m never greeted properly and I feel like I’m constantly being judged. It’s disappointing because I do appreciate the timely manner of things and their work is always great. I work in customer service as well though, and even on my bad days I make sure to greet my customers and do my best to make them feel welcome!"
