"If you’re hoping to get allocated and hard to find stuff here at a decent price, be wary. The owner of this store is clearly trying to fleece customers when trying to sell Sazerac Rye 6yr and Willet 4yr Straight Rye for over 3x asking. The cashier also showed me a Weller Special Reserve, Weller Full Proof, and Weller Antique 107 in a bundle that would’ve cost close $1000.00. This is well above secondary at best not to mention way above MSRP."

"Convenient and close by. All employees are super welcoming and nice, besides one. This lady who works here is so mean. Zero customer service skills and is extremely obvious she hates her job. There hasn’t been a time where I’ve gone in, and she hasn’t had a nasty attitude."

"Want to support a local business but super high prices coupled with a credit card fee on top brings prices to levels that border on ridiculous. There are 2 Total Wine locations within a 30 minute drive of here, where the prices are much lower, the selection a lot better, and there's no credit card fee (this one still baffles me - who does this anymore?). The Alpharetta Costco sells liquor and isn't far away. The selection is hit or miss, but the prices can't be touched when they have what you need. An example - the Four Roses 10 x 50ml sampler you're selling for $125 that will push $140 after your fee and sales tax is $100 at Costco. Almost $40 more for THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT. The bad thing is, I could add several more examples just like the one above. Owners - you're losing a lot of local traffic - look at your reviews. If you're okay with that, then best of luck. If you want more of the local business to come to you and not go elsewhere, check your prices, make them competitive, and drop the stupid credit card fee."

"Just dropped by tonight Sept 9, 2023 at 5:00 pm. Received absolutely horrible customer service as they were out of what I was looking for and I asked if they had any in the back. The guy on duty barely looked up while continuing eating and laughing with the girl on duty and said "not on the shelf - then we don't have any." I asked do you know when a shipment might be coming in his reply "Nope, no idea." Uncle Jack's now has a new customer."

"Not only are the prices 30% higher than they should be, they now assess a surcharge of $3.99 for using a debit or credit card on top of a price that clearly covers the cost. Perhaps someone should tell them this is rapidly becoming a cashless society. Shame on you."
