"Horrible service! I brought a brand new watch to change a battery. They scratched it so bad that I cannot wear it! When I asked the guy who changed the battery what is he gonna do about it, he said ‘nothing’ and was extremely rude to me. He pretty much told me to go screw myself. When I called the owner, he told me the same thing and even raised his voice at me! Awful service and attitude! Save yourself and go somewhere else. The mall management fined them for rudeness and treating me like dirt."
