"We had ordered a ring for my husband from this company and our ring broke in a few months of owning it well there’s a lifetime warranty so when we reached out to the Thorsten Ring Company they told us to mail it to them and do the warranty through Thorsten needless to say the warranty we were supposed to go through Roy Rose Jewelry we started the claim October 6 and mailed it out to where they had it by 28 October long story short Thorsten said to reach out to Roy Rose jewelry to have them call them for the warranty so needless to say That there was a confusion on where to get the ring honored with the warranty but with all this aside the young lady I spoke with was Chris she was absolutely amazing she helped me and got my husband’s wedding ring back to me within 3-4 days we received it Christmas Eve so I was able to surprise my husband with it for Christmas since we mailed it in we should’ve went through Roy Rose Jewelry to begin with which was our fault not theirs but with everything all said and done they were amazing on how fast they got it back to us and I am so impressed and if we get any more jewelry we will be going through this company and like I said Miss Chris who I spoke with from Atlanta Georgia their location was so phenomenal I just got to say thank you and if you get any jewelry or have to do any other warranties go through the original company my husband loves his ring and I am going to give a five star on the review I was a restaurant manager for many years and this young lady who helped me was absolutely phenomenal I can’t begin to express how great of a job she did I highly recommend Roy Roy Rose Jewelry and if you get a chance say hi to Miss Chris at the Atlanta Georgia location customer service she’s just amazing"

"I purchased asilcet bangle with seven small hearts strung on it. Each heart had the name of my grandchild engraved on it. I am absolutely thrilled with it. It is feminine and charming"

"Bought a gold pendant as a gift, costing around $300. I received the pendant, but awkwardly packaged in a shoe size box with the pendant being in a smaller box inside bouncing all over the place. I inspected the pendant and it was for the most part ok. This 'jeweller' failed to deliver the "certificate of AUTHENTICATION", like they said they would, marked in the item description. This 'gold pendant' is now questionable."

"Buyer Beware! Roy Rose does NOT stand behind their products. I saw a signet/monogram ring advertised on Amazon. It was a beautiful ring. I ordered the ring with my own initials. The ring came yesterday and was awful. The workmanship was completely amateur. I could barely tell what the initials were and the placement was not uniform. I contacted the company, sent them photos, and they told me they will not refund or redo custom orders. This ring was sterling silver and cost nearly $100. I have never been more dissatisfied in my life! Think twice before making a purchase from this company. I never will again."
