"Very neat and clean organize store. They employees and stuff are very helpful. Specially Wajiha she is the best. She picked out really nice jewelry for my son’s upcoming wedding and she was very helpful. I would recommend to go to the store."

"This is not my first time to buy something, however, this time was a very bad experience. I ordered two items both of them should have been ready for pickup. I went to pick them up. The store manager, Alicia, in mall of GA gave me an attitude and said only one item is ready. When I showed her that both items should be ready she went back and said yes there. Giving me an attitude that I don’t know what she’s saying. And kept saying do you understand what I’m saying, however, I’m the one who told her that the items are ready when she didn’t even bother to check."

"I've shopped this location multiple times but yesterday, I left out empty handed. Upon entering the store, the sales associate asked me what I was looking for. I replied earrings. This is where are conversation began and ended. She didn't inquire about what type, color, occasion nothing. In fact at this point I was ignored completely. Another lady came from the back came out to talk to another lady who I believe was another employee off duty. Whatever she had bought from another store captured their attention more than my sell. My son hit his head on the glass and they did inquire IF was he ok. They turned back around to their conversation. Their backs were turned away from me I could have stolen several items. I stood there another 10 mins wanting a 200 dollar pair of earrings I loved.with no attention. So, I left. I went to Macy to settle for a pair of earrings I just liked and not loved."

"In a time when good customer service is so rare, I go to the Swarovski store in the Mall of Georgia where the customer service is great. All of the employees I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The manager went out of her way to assist me with a damaged 2002 Christmas ornament. She was able to resolve my problem in a very professional way that made her company look good and satisfied me, the customer."

"Received this as a birthday gift but felt the color was too bright for me. Went to the store to exchange it with another watch. As it was a gift I had the gift receipt, unfortunately we never realized the box was more expensive than the $399 watch. Accidentally the white box it came in was recycled. When I went to the store for exchanging it they didnt accept it without the white box. In the current world when some stores have gone paperless with their receipts and some store just exchange and return without even the receipts(by using the cc they can find the receipt). Not sure why Swarovski is working with so many archaic processes. The manager didnt accept an exception, called customer service they said will check with the store manager if they can accept such exception but in vain. Sadly will never buy or gift Swarovski to anyone. #unstatisfiedcustomer #horriblerules #annoyed #frustrated"
