"I paid Crescent Jewelers $1700 to get me a necklaces and earning. and I was supposed to picked it up on 8/8/2023 but they kept delaying day after day and finally on 8/17/2023 they told me that it is ready, I went the next day to pick it up but I was shocked about what they tried to gave me. It looks ugly, fake, and cheap..., you need a microscope to be able to see the diamond (assuming it is real). It supposes to have 4 white shiny ruby stones, but they put some kind of white paint instead. Because what they provided me was not matching what we agreed on from the beginning, I refuse to take it and I asked for my money back, they said they can not refund me, and that they did a very good job and they were trying to convince me that it's the same as we agreed to.... after I was arguing with them for more than 30 minutes, they said oh we will fix it for you but you need to come back next Tuesday 8/22/2023 even though they know I live in Conway SC and I am in Atlanta just for work. I Don't want to get any service from them because I don’t trust them any more this is why they have one stare review in google after I look at that, they are liars and unprofessional."
