"I went to this store to buy my nieces birthday gift and the women who attended to me sold me a chain assuring me that if my niece wants to return it we would get a full refund even if we paid cash. Long story short my niece went to refund it and they then informed us that the refund would be a check that we had to wait three to four weeks instead of a cash refund. Also when the attendant sold me the chain she did not inform me of this refund policy. They also offer no guarantee that the check would be delivered on time or at all. The receipt that we got states at the bottom that any 500 plus dollar refund would be a check but does not inform us that it will be a check we will receive in the mail and not in person. The manager cheely Bonham was rude and racist when handling my complaint. When I asked her to confirm my home address when she was putting it into the system she refused to confirm with me and told me she already submitted my application this was after I noticed she put in my email wrong and asked her to double check other information. I truly do not recommend this store. They do not even offer certification for their diamonds. I will update again if u do not receive my check in 20 days. They only offered a piece of paper as proof as seen in the picture I uploaded with no signature or commitment form the manager."
