"They deserve 0 stars Too long to fix my car very bad experience with them they use after market things my vehicle wasn’t fix right they broke other stuff and it a Mercedes totally don’t recommend don’t take a Mercedes in that shop the workers a horrible they are always in lunch break or not their only reason I went their because my car got hit and run and their insurance didn’t wanted to pay at Mercedes teach they lie soo much it took over a month nobody would call me to inform me nothing I had to call them and ask about it they never call me to picked up or it ready I had to keep calling"

"I would give this repair shop 0 stars if I could. For starters, the estimator Kyle is horrible with communication and updates on vehicles. This location has had my car for months before “completion” and each update that I was able to obtain was because I initiated the conversation and wanted to know where we stood in the process. Second, I have a new electric vehicle from BMW. Classic collision took on the job without the knowledge or expertise of the vehicle resulting in having to transport my car to the BMW dealership to perform the repair. Of course, I would not have known of this unless I called for an update on my car. Oh it doesn’t stop there.. when they received my vehicle, I had a perfectly working back door. When I picked up my car, my door no longer is operable and no longer unlocks and locks on it’s on. It also would not open upon me attempting to open it resulting in me having to take my car back to BMW for repairs. Please save yourself time and go with a more credible company to fix your vehicle. I wish I would have listened to the reviews when considering classic collision, but I wanted to give them a chance. Consider this a forewarning. Good luck on your search!!"

"The left front quarter of my Jeep Cherokee was damaged late Friday afternoon. No engine damage. I had it towed to Classic Collision which was closed. I scribbled information on the back of one of the white envelopes I had to tear open to leave my key because they so old they were all stuck together. On Monday I was called by estimator Lizzie who told me her calculation so far was $9,000. This was for a fender, mirror, headlight and perhaps a dozen or so structural body parts. The next day I received a text with her name saying $10,000. Two days later she called and said she knew nothing about the text and the estimate was $12,000, which totaled the car and they didn't work on totaled cars. It's a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with 67,000 miles in excellent mechanical condition. My car had been totaled by her pricing!! I asked if they could perhaps used some recycled parts and she said to refigure the deal there would be a charge of $700!! At that point I would have jumped a barbwire fence naked to get away from this woman! I took the car to Chamblee Dunwoody Collision Repair where Lyndell Whiters had it restored it to immaculate, showroom condition for slightly over half that amount."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I unfortunately, did, just because of an insurance claim from another driver who hit me. Allstate should be ashamed to do business with these people. Let's start with the ladies at front. So very rude, always complaining about callers, I was waiting for my car and I speak spanish, so I understood everything. They just roll eyes when someone calls, and are only worried about what's for lunch. They tell callers Kyle or Justin are busy, but these ladies don't even go and look for them. They have put down the phone twice on me. Which takes me to Kyle and Justin. Kyle is one very condescending and a total clueless person in the car repair business. He looked and treated me like I was crazy when I complained about the terrible job on my bumper, never ever returned a call, and when i asked him, do you have a clue what your reviews say? He answered, yep. This know it all, could not care less. Now, the painting job. So so terrible and very low quality job. No attention to detail, it literally looks like they paint with tape around the borders and pull the tape while pain is still wet. Awful. I was so dissatisfied with the painting job and smear of paint on my bumper that I escalated the repair and was asked to call Justin to schedule a return. To this day, two weeks later, he hasn't returned my call. Extremely unprofessional, please please don/t use them. It is a joke of a business and I have giving up in returning my care there. EDIT: I’m sure you can find me but you probably prefer to say you can’t. But here is the name: Fabiano. Found it?"

"This company is by far the worst as it relates to customer service. Kyle King was rude and the Manager which I failed to get his name was the most nonchalant person I’ve came across. I had service done on car March 8-30, 23. When I dropped my car off the tire light was not on. Called them that following Monday was told to bring it back. Before I left I was told all services were guaranteed so I was in no rush. My time is scarce so I brought my car back in July. They are refusing to fix it when prior to me bringing it I was told a time and date. AlsoI was informed it would take a day to make the repairs after explaining the issues. I scheduled accordingly. Dropped my car off, received a call minutes later asking what was the purpose of my vehicle being there. Kyle called back explaining why they couldn’t fix my car and had proof the light was on. Went back to to retrieve my car. No proof was shown and still refused to do what they should have done to my car! If I was an angry white woman it would have been different. As Yes race was definitely an issue in case! If I could have given no stars I would have."
