I am happy to say we were able to find common ground and we resolved the miscommunication. I will definitely hire them again!"

"I had the technicians Chase and Cole out twice in the last week. Once to fix a leak caused by faulty solder on a hose which failed Christmas day and once to fix a leak on the drain in our upstairs shower we noticed a couple days later. It was a busy time for plumbers due to the recent single digit temperatures, but both times they managed to fit me into the schedule when other plumbers weren't even returning calls. When they did the work they explained what they were looking at, what they found, what the problem seemed to be, and what was required to fix it. They were careful to keep things clean while working and went back over the area to clean up the dust/mess that escaped their precautions. Then they showed me the fixes and had me look for any issues/remaining leaks. When they couldn't immediately fix a separate issue (slow flushing toilet that likely requires a replacement) they made what adjustments they could without extra charge and gave me a quote if I wanted to replace in the future. The work was just done so I don't know about longevity but it seems to be quality work and it's warrantied for a year. I can't fully speak to price as I didn't get other quotes, but it seems reasonable based on other work I've had done in the past especially given the timing and the number of emergency calls plumbers must be getting this week."
