"Aj and the team at Bavarian were top notch. I took my 2004 Mercedes SL500 to them for inspection to check overall health of the car as I'm going to be selling it. Aj was very professional, thorough and transparent about what repairs were needed from most important to least and associated cost, which I appreciated, so that I could make the best use of my money. They provided a loaner vehicle for a couple of days while they had my car and had even put a rose in my car when i came to pick it up, which was a nice touch. They really understand customer service, so although I live over an hour away, I will definitively give them my business again should the need arise. Thanks again"
"I highly recommend this family owned business if you need auto repair. I have been using them for several years to get maintenance on my BMW. They are easy to schedule with, have loaner cars, and keep me updated via text on the process and estimates. I believe their pricing to be fair and honest. They provide digital inspection reports as well as estimates. At my last visit, they made sure to deduct a hose from invoice because they didn't need it. They could have easily charged my, but they we honest! It is easy to wait for your car if you are interested. They have a thoughtfully set up lobby. A wide variety of packages snack, tea and coffee, a charging station, fresh cookies and even flowers for when you complete your visit!"
"Big thanks to Bavarian!!! I bought a used Mini for my daughter who is off to college. After we got the vehicle I noticed an oil leak. Bavarian resolved the issue and inspected the car thoroughly with progress updates while it was at the shop. I was thoroughly impressed with the photo updates and mechanic’s notes during inspection. Bavarian guaranteed the work and the car has driven wonderfully since. If you want the job done right take your Mini to Bavarian!!!"
