"I went for my yearly service and advise that my maps are no longer available for my car. They pushed me to a website to have my maps updated. The reason I bought the car was because of the directions on my windshield. They did not assist or help to have info uploaded and I still have not been able to get the car updated. This should have been handled by Jaguar as part of their service."

"I had a problem with my Back Up camera it was a elusive problem with a default in the wiring that caused the camera to go in and out on its own after being told by a service manager that it was a camera module that had to be replaced and it still might not last at a 3000.00 price tag, initially I contacted JLR North America. And a Executive Representative got back to me and after performing a couple of checks that was required of me to show what was happening they got a technician assigned my vehicle and had it diagnosed repaired my vehicle for me."
