"I walked in thinking that my replacement phone needed a replacement as I had to keep it charged constantly. They had the battery I needed and were able to have it ready in about an hour. You could not ask for better customer service! Instead of trying to sell me something else, he told me that my phone was a very good one but I would need to upgrade when 4G went away. It was nice to have that warning for the future. The price to get my phone working again on one charge per day, was very reasonable and I feel untethered to a charger. I'm very, very pleased! "Yesterday morning, my daughter shattered her screen on her tablet. I dropped the tablet off at the store around 1and by 3:30 I received a call that it was ready to be picked up. Not only was service fast and exceptional, but the customer service was amazing, and they helped me pick a screen cover to go over the tablet. When I went back to pick it up, they had already had the new cover on there for me as well. I would give this place ten stars (if possible). Thank you to the guys for their professionalism, the timing, and the all-around great experience.
