"This company came to my home and said they repaired our dryer but 10 minutes after he left the dryer was not working. When we called the office to have tech call us back the tech refused to call back and said he was going to let the insurance company know that the switch is bad, which is what he allegedly fixed already. The insurance company don't send bad parts. Either he didn't fix it or he stole the new parts"

"The service tech left my home minutes ago and told me my dryer was fixed. Shortly after leaving, we put a load of clothes in the dryer, lo and behold, the dryer still did not work. I asked the receptionist if he could give me a call back and he refused to do so. Stated that he did not think there was a need to call me back but will contact the homeowners insurance company to let them know it needs another switch, but that is what he allegedly already repaired!! So after his repair, my dryer still does not work!!!!"

"I can not understand the negative comments on Cottons Appliance Repair LLC. Marcus and Contrina restored my faith in humanity. My dryer stopped working, Marcus quickly found the problem and changed the thermal unit. He changed the duct from the dryer vent to a better product and never charged me. He also, checked my washer drain issue. His right hand on the telephone is Contrina, she is an angel! They gave me a time for service and was very prompt. He was very professional and polite. Best of all, he actually knew what he was doing! This man is honest and fair. I would hire him to repair any appliance in my house and would highly recommend."

"Where do I start, they were sent (not chosen) by my home warranty company and "fixed" the dishwasher it the first time. Then 3 weeks later (after waiting a week to get an appt), the same issue occurred again and magically glass was in the previously examined pump. For a 15 minute service "call" they wanted $100 dollars...."

"Horrible service. Destroyed my floor by dragging oven. Would not take responsibility. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere. Owner would not give me his name over the phone. Shady."
