"We recently had a service from this company which was setup through American home shield. Unfortunately after a few visits our issue has not been resolved so we had to pay an outside plumber to address. The technicians answer to not being able to figure the issue out after a second visit tour home was to unplug a recirculating pump that he just installed and thought that an increase in our water bill is acceptable. Additionally the recirculating pump that was installed was not of good workmanship. Nevertheless during High Priority’s visit the technician damage two of our security cameras that was in his work area. After his work was “completed” neither camera worked and were soaked with water. I tried to file a claim per American Home Shield’s direction and was contacted by their management but it is.now approaching two weeks since initial contact and no resolution. Sadly I do not have confidence in this companies business practices but I still welcome them to do the right thing. As a customer we should not have to pay for damaged unrelated items as well as bring in an outside plumber to address our original needs that their technician could not, this is unacceptable."

"Terry was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, tidy, and took the time to go over everything he repaired once he had finished, while also giving me recommendations going forward. Making my appointment was also a great experience. The person I spoke to put me ease in what was a stressful situation for me, paid great attention to detail (Terry knew exactly what all the problems were when he arrived) and made the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this company."

"Update 2/5/24 My updated review was initially going to focus on all the details of what occurred during my warranty repair but I want to focus on the positive. Huge shout to Ms. Patricia! She stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with our faucet replacement. She is the reason I changed my rating to 4 stars. Thank you for listening to my concerns, showing empathy, taking accountability, and DOING THE RIGHT THING! Ms. Patricia followed up with me several times to ensure everything was smooth. My new Moen faucet was installed today by Justin and he did a great job! Ms. Patricia is a golden treasure for High Priority and I hope her personality and customer service skills trickle down to ALL employees from the top down. Ms. Patricia for President! Boss Lady I would like the CEO/Owner to reach out to me directly regarding my home warranty faucet replacement experience or I will be reaching out once this nightmare is officially over with High priority plumbing!!!! I will be addressing the technicians, Jimmy(so called supervisor) and the phone associates."

"We had an emergency plumbing issue. Our mainline was clogged. Tried going through home warranty but they suck. Called High Priority at 2 PM and they sent Chris who arrived by 5! After looking over the issue he gave us cost effective options and our issue was fixed within 30 minutes! He was fast and friendly!! I would recommend them to everyone! Great service!"

"Thank you for great service and a great crew! Donovan and Luke were amazing at giving me information about what they were doing and what was happening. Ended up adding these things at the last minute to my septic tank. It allows the septic tank to be emptied without having to dig the yard up anymore! Thank you High Priority Plumbing! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good and honest work. Also, I left a message on Sunday night and was called first thing the next morning and the work was done by lunch.
