"Keyway was sheared on mixer hub. Hobart overcharges for trip time And sitting on their computer and then charging to retrieve the 5 dollar part that was needed. It was fixed but I strongly recommend using a service that does not pad their hours. You get nothing using actual Hobart techs."

"I had a Hobart dough mixer that was not working correctly. I contacted Hobart services and they sent out a tech to look at it! The tech said the mixer is too old to work on. That was the end of it. Then I received an invoice for $428. Horrible company! Will never use them again for any of my restaurants! Very poor service!"

"Sept. 29 at 1:10 at LaGrange Ga intersection of the mall and Lafayette prkw I had to sit thru 2 green lights because one of your vans decides to pull up to block the intersection causing none of us to be able to go anywhere.
