"Service was terrible. I understand things happen but they had issues fixing my iPad and instead of them keeping me updated they didn’t. I took it Friday and was told it would be ready Monday (Labor Day), the latest would be Wednesday, cool.he said he’d call Me to let me know what’s going on and when the part comes in. I called Wednesday afternoon and i was told Friday because the part just came in. Friday came and i was told the glue isn’t done drying and it’ll be done Saturday. Went in Saturday and was told the part just got there Friday by another guy and it’ll be ready Monday. Monday morning around 12 i called, and i was told i didn’t give him a chance to call and that he was going to call but at this point i didn’t want to wait anymore. He tells me they ordered the wrong part and that it will be ready Wednesday after they get the right part from the manufacturer and if not i can pick it up Wednesday, cool. He calls me Tuesday morning saying it’s ready which was really weird because he said they needed to get the part. I walked in to get the iPad, he showed it to me and it looked good from a distance. I asked him if he was taking some off the price and he said no, the service is done. I didn’t pay him full price and I’m glad i didn’t Because glue was hanging out of the screen. He’s rude and very unprofessional and i had no issue paying for good service. The service just wasn’t good."
