"So this place did my oil change twice and a tuneup…the last oil change they did they on my car they stripped my oil plug but did not tell me I found out at my next oil change and which I took it to Jiffy lube because auto motive was close the day I needed one and I took my car to Jiffy Lube only for them to tell me they will not touch it & to take it back to where I got it done last which was “Automotive” On memorial drive because they had stripped my oil plug and did not tell me when they were done with my oil change they just sent me on my way and I found out later at Jiffy lube that they had stripped it so I took off work to bring it back to Automotive to fix their mess up only for them to tell me I have to pay for it Bad Business and at this point I’m over it and I don’t even feel safe with them touching my car anymore they’re liars and that was trifling of them To not even has said nothing to me that they had messed up my oil plug it was that light skin old man that be fixing the cars that did it I think he’s the only one up there that works on everybody car but I won’t let them touch my car because they do sneaky things like that!!!!…I love Karma tho she will handle this!!!!! Here’s another review below I just had to copy and tag what she said :::We’re another lady got took advantage of up here I forgot to mention that I was alone I didn’t have a man with me but I trusted them to take care of my car epic fail!!!! "Great work! Very polite and not pushy or sales-y. He was quick too, brought my car in at 11 in the afternoon and he said he'd have the part for it by 7am tomorrow. He did, and had it repair within the hour. Great people to work with."
