"Super nice lady that works at the counter, very helpful. My complaint with this shop is that I had 2 of my catalytic converters changed out in my car and I have to keep taking it back. They are under warranty but the parts they are using are defective. Of course, that's no fault on the shop except that they have perhaps purchased a bad batch."

"DO NOT use these mechanics. I had a simple AC freon recharge done to my 1994 Honda Accord by Auto Kingdom on Memorial Drive. They charged me $121.00 for this AC recharge which never worked. The charge did not take and the air ran warm after only a day. I went back to them twice to no avail. The third time I went, I requested a refund after another mechanic, Velocity Total Car Care, successfully charged it for me. Both mechanics tested the lines and found NO freon leaks. On the third trip, I requested a refund from Auto Kingdom. The manager would not come out and speak to me personally and i was told by his workers the best they would offer was a $40 store credit which I refused."

"this shop and the people that run it are joke they will rip you off if you don't know what your talking about when your car is having problems. I went in for diagnostic and they told me I needed a new transmission when I knew I didn't need one but because they are lazy and don't really want to work on the problem they like to just replace things which will end up costing you a pretty penny and then you have to trust they actually changed itinstead of fixing the problem to begin with like they should've done! I will not be bringing my car back here!"

"This place is horrible. I purchased my car in September 2018 and Lee was the only one who worked on my car. I would go for oil changes which were overpriced, and any other service work that I needed done. In 2021 I got a tuneup so spark plugs were changed and all fluids were changed according to Lee. Today I went and had my spark plugs changed and the factory spark plugs were removed from my car! Right before Lee sold Auto Kingdom he tried to get me to pay for another tuneup that he claimed I never got done. I asked him to double check his computer and I could hear the keys in the background on the computer. He tried to convince me that I didn’t have it done so I scheduled an appointment and showed up with the computerized receipt of service from him six months prior. He tried to apologize but it was an unsuccessful attempt to take more my money. Don’t come here even though Lee does not own the place anymore he still works there ."
