"I recently visited this service center for oil changes on two of my cars. Initially, I was willing to overlook the higher-than-average pricing, expecting it would ensure top-notch service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. After the service, I discovered a concerning oversight: one of my cars had no new oil added at all. This discovery was made only after I decided to personally check the oil levels at home. Upon returning for an explanation, the technicians remedied this by adding oil, but the initial neglect raises serious concerns about their attention to detail. Additionally, the second car's oil appeared to be unclean. When I addressed this issue, the staff suggested that it was due to an old oil cartridge, which was surprising and unsatisfactory, given the fresh oil change service I was charged for. Overall, the lack of diligence and responsibility demonstrated in these instances, coupled with a lack of empathy from the staff, was disappointing and alarming. It leads me to question the integrity of their service, especially considering the premium price paid."

The manager at Mr. Tire had already suggested that I purchase the part myself, and that would leave me to pay only the labor plus tax. I did that, and they had the headlight installed in about 30 minutes. And the labor costs were less than they had estimated! I regularly bring my car in for oil changes, and I trust them to do a thorough job, and not try to fleece me by insisting I need something done, when I don't. The mechanic who installed the headlight even called me in to show me his installation work and get my approval. I recommend this local Mr. Tire auto service for their promptness, professionalism, and honesty. I would hope that all of the franchises are of this same high quality."

"Arrived shortly after they opened for an oil change. Zach was super friendly at the front counter. He provided reminders for upcoming maintenance needs based on the vehicle mileage. Oil change took about 35 minutes, and I was out the door without any issues."
