"I am writing this review for KARI because she is so sweet and loving! I had to move my aunt out of her current apartment and Kari was here every step of the way! All of the questions and concerns I had, Kari was here with a smile and a resolution!! I have to say Kari helped me make the decision of moving my aunt here and it was the best decision I have made!! There are so many lovely events and residents here! I highly recommend this community to anyone over 55 who is looking to be part of a high end loving community !!"

"UPDATE - 01/30/2024 - Correct Christy, we have spoken and I informed you that the trash being missed has been a consistent problem. My trash, in the plastic can - "for a successful pick up" as your response states, was still not picked up. The picture, with one bag tied is in the can with a broken down cardboard box on the side - near the welcome mat. The other picture, of the 2 bags left outside a neighbor's door, had moved out. The bags were NOT picked up for several days. The trash service is NOT FREE but is a monthly charge. Also, not picking up the trash is unsanitary and unsightly. UPDATE - 01/12/2024 - Never received a return call from management that I left on 12/29/2023. However, I did receive a call to set up an appointment to change the door, which was the first time I was made aware of switching doors. Garbage was not picked up again! Called management on Friday 01/12/24 and the property manager Christy answered. Explained how yet again my garbage was not picked up as well as my neighbors. After speaking with other residents on various floors, this is a real problem because their garbage has been consistently missed as well throughout the various floors. I was given excuses. My neighbor’s garbage has been sitting outside their door for several days. I brought my garbage back in since there is no pickup on Fridays & Saturdays. Put the garbage back out tonight, Sunday, and will see if it gets picked up this time. UPDATE - 12/29/2023 - Men tried to enter my apartment this morning. They said they were maintenance guys from Outlook. They used a key &tried to break the door down when it didn’t open! I always put a security rod under the door handle & thank God I do because they would have been in my apartment!! I was so startled that I am shaking. I yelled can I help you & they apologized and said they were here to fix the back door. I stated I didn’t initiate a work order, management did not notify me of a work order, nor did they knock before trying to enter my apartment. They apologized and left and said they would come back later. I called the office downstairs and no answer so I left a message. Luxury living at its best - No notice from management, did not knock before they used their key, & tried to forcibly enter my apartment! November 2023 - I have been here several months. It started out really good with a few issues. This is not a Luxury community as advertised, especially for the cost. I moved from out of state and my daughter came to view the community for me. Here are some of the issues: 1) Was told the apartment would be cleaned before I moved in. When I came, there was dust, rust in sink and a can left in the refrigerator. When I questioned management, was told that unoccupied apartments are used by maintenance to eat their lunch, even after it has been cleaned. 2) Garbage has not been consistently picked up as another resident has mentioned. This is a service that the residents pay for, also if the pickup day falls on a holiday like Halloween, we do not have service nor is another day added but the cost is still the same. 3) They have switched management companies. Therefore the things we use to have are gone or significantly decreased. Items such as bottled water is no longer available which was in the beginning in the gym, movie area and clubhouse. 4) In clubhouse the sign, that is supposed to be lit, has been out for months. 5) Started charging for a service to bill the residents and my invoice has consistently been incorrect with overcharges and yet I still have to pay the fee. 6) Ceiling by my elevator has leaks which they have been repairing since before Thanksgiving. My family had to walk through the fallen insulation that was on the floor even though I spoke to management to please address. There are other issues but I will end here."

"I’ve been here at Outlook for six months. From my first day living here, the management team (Christy) has exhibited excellent management skills and all the staff have shown qualities of value that represents the true meaning of outlook, 55+ Community Outlook community staff (Kari & Jackie) are all helpful and very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway. My experience here has been excellent including Nevi from maintenance. We have so many events that are community events that keep us engaged and informed. I would encourage you. If you’re looking at Outlook apartment homes to look no further this is a great place to live, and the amenities are excellent. Sincerely, Angie Newman ."
