"CRAZIEST LEASING PROCESS! We did not meet the income requirements based off my husband being self employed and them only going off of line 9 of his taxes. We have never experienced something like this when it comes to leasing. It felt like we were trying to buy a home. Lincoln properties needs to come to the realization of the type of world we live in today. I am now understanding why these homes only pre-lease for a week, then are put back on the market. People deserve a heads up about this process with Lincoln Properties and ApproveShield before they get their hopes up for their families."
