"I have been telling the complex there was a rodent issue since July of 2023, when rats were all around the pool. My friends were seeing rats outside of my unit around the stairs.Tonight I had my own experience within my unit. It won’t let me post pictures but the rat was chillin on my living room lamp. Maintenance sent someone I have never seen before and he showed up with NOTHING to catch a rodent."

"I want you to know about a great experience with the maintenance person Sandy Buskell. We didn’t have hot water and within hours of sending in my request for repairs Sandy was here, replaced the water heater part and changed batteries in the door which she noticed were low and even changed the heater batteries which were really low. The service was fast and the experience was outstanding"

"I moved in just a few months ago and this apartment complex is amazing. The apartments have a great layout, modern appliances, and they are accommodating for pets. I had a lot of help with the move in process from Nichole Maxwell, she was super friendly and was ready to help/answer questions. This is my first apartment on my own so everything was a bit overwhelming in the beginning but Nichole made it so much easier for me. If you're considering moving here I strongly suggest it!"

"Good apartment complex to live and well maintained. The maintenance team works hard to make sure all my needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly and diligently. Aldin especially is kind to the residents and is direct about what needs to be done and when it will get done. Never had any complaints about him and his team. Also the pool is beautiful. Always clean and not too busy. With the summer coming up I am ready to take a dip!"
