Ken is the only person who has helped resolve any maintance issues; the front office has been telling me for 8 months these issues are going to be resolved… there is a water leak under the sink in the master bath and erosion in the back yard."

"Been living here for 3 months now. Just like any other neighborhood you have good neighbors and and not so good ones. Overall very satisfied with the property. Few things I have noticed is yards flood bad in rain due to bad draining design. And people not picking up after there pets. Especially in backyards that are along the walkway."

"The service and staff are terrible, everything in the house is too cheap. And after we moved out, they didn’t give us our deposit for no reason for 3 months. Although we gave the house in perfect condition and they promised to return 100% of the deposit, this does not happen even after 5 trips to their office. Think several times if you would like to live in such conditions."
