"Spanish Oaks has the best location, can't beat it! It's walking distance from Ponce City Market! Love it"
"Such a hidden gem in Atlanta! Spanish Oaks has the cutest apartments right next to Ponce City Market. Management is responsive and the balconies are the perfect spot to relax. Can't recommend enough!"
"The Spanish Oaks building has a lot of issues that are yet to be addressed by management. Despite numerous complaints about rats in the backdoor halls, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The presence of homeless individuals in the area, who often hide behind the dumpster at night, also poses a safety concern. I have also messaged and called the office multiple times about this situation and nothing has been done. Furthermore, parking is also a problem, as non-residents often take up spots on weekends. Communication with the building's management is non-existent, as requests for maintenance and repairs go unanswered for months, but they are quick to delete any negative reviews or comments but not quick with picking up their phone or email responses... The building also lacks amenities, making the high rent of $1,700 for a one-bed, one-bath unit unjustified. Even though the building is near the beltline, it is not worth the price, as it fails to address the basic needs of its residents. To put it simply, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still not going to be pretty."
"--I currently live here as of 2023 but lease ends in April-- I cannot recommend Spanish Oaks as a place to live. The building is plagued with ongoing issues, including a rat infestation in the back halls, a growing homeless population surrounding the area, and a lack of parking, especially on weekends when Ponce City Market is crowded. The management is also unresponsive, with requests for repairs and maintenance taking months to be addressed. Additionally, the building offers no amenities, and the high rent of $1,700 for a one bedroom, one bathroom unit is not justified by the poor living conditions and lack of management attention to tenant concerns. Overall, there are better options for housing in the area that offer better value for your money."
