"I lived here for almost 3 years & will keep this review as fair as possible. The apartments themselves are decent size for the price paid. Outside of this, the leasing staff/ever changing property management company are extremely unfriendly & unhelpful. That’s if you are lucky enough to get in touch with them! In my 3 years- the phone has never been answered when I call, emails take a minimum of 2 days, & even emergency maintence requests can be left unattended to. I was going to refrain from writing a review given that there was not many positives I could speak on. However, not only was it impossible to communicate with staff when I was paying thousands per month to live there - but since moving out on 1.13, there has been 0 communication on my security deposit & $1500 worth of over paid rent. I have email all addresses available & we are standing at 4 business days with no response. Desperate for an answer - it is Thursday at 1:03 PM & I stopped in - there is no one in the leasing office for what has now been 45 minutes with a sign reading “showing an apartment, be back soon”. Must be quite the tour or it appears your employees have gone home for the day. PLEASE provide me an update on the $1500+ you have held of my cash for almost 30 days."

"Ok first of all Liyah was amazing. By far one of the best leasing agents that I’ve worked with in a while. She is always one call away and doesn’t make me feel like a client , but more so a friend that I can relate with when I need to. I really appreciate her attentiveness and willingness to assist me. The property itself is really nice and well kept. I’m very comfortable in my home . Over all I love it here and would recommend them. Make sure you ask for Liyah !"

"Honestly my apartment itself had very few problems and when I put in a maintenance request, the men were always helpful. The leasing office management however is extremely unprofessional and provide very little help, from when I first moved in two years ago until now they've changed management twice and still no improvement. All the vendors are terrible, the trash valet service has not picked up my trash on several occasions (even though it followed the proper protocol) and the package delivery service Fetch is the worst by far, you'll packages will be days late."

"I really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and courteous. I never have to wait on hold and they’re always answering the phones when I call them. The staff is really sweet. The leasing manager is amazing. She is sweet, punctual and have great customer service. The maintenance staff fix things quick and efficiently. The school district is amazing and I love having the ability to walk to all of my favorite restaurants and shopping centers. The location is amazing. It’s the city but where the apartments are located, I was still able to have that suburban neighborhood feeling. The crime rate is low and I have not had any incidents with crime since I’ve lived here."

"Alexan is a nice property. It's maintained well, and the office staff is professional. The location is EXCEPTIONAL. It's within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and shopping. I rarely drive anywhere. The common areas are very clean, and the units are new and well-maintained. Whenever I have a guest, people comment on how nice the apartment is; the windows are huge, and the kitchen is enormous with a ton of cabinet space. If your unit faces the rear, it will be very quiet. I'm surprised by many of these negative reviews, but it seems they come mostly from people who applied and weren't approved. Most nice complexes in Atlanta have intensive screening processes to limit evictions."
