"I paid over $100 dollars which included a prepaid tip for a lavender rose arrangement. When I picked it up, I received red roses instead because they were out of lavender, but never received a notification of the change. There was no time to get another arrangement, so I had no choice but to take it. The receiver loves lavender, hence why I ordered it, but had to give her red instead. Never ordering here ever again due to poor customer service."

"The staff is empathetic and friendly. The flowers were not quite what I had in mind but they were still beautiful and were well received. The arrangement was pretty but I guess in my mind for over $100 I had a larger taller arrangement pictured. It was supposed to be an only orange and white flowers with 1 pink rose in the center."
