"From a previous review I seen here it looks like they have huge tendency for hanging up the phone on customers. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while now and I honestly never had a problem until now. There was a group of young ladies who seem to be more worry about chatting and laughing at work and not doing their job. I had two prescriptions which I needed urgently and they seemed to be very dismissive of that fact. I get sometimes prescriptions aren’t available but they could have simply told me that, instead of not telling me from the beginning straight forward that they didn’t have the prescriptions in stock. Instead they gave me the run around and smirky attitude as if my concern was a laughing matter. The level of disrespect is astonishing. The unprofessionalism and incompetence of these young ladies was absolutely ridiculous. Takes a lot for me to be angry and out of character but this is completely unacceptable. They simply don’t deserve to be working there if they cannot be professional and do their job properly."
