"Very disappointed. Sonja agreed to quote the terracing of our side yard (landscape block) and provide a referral for a poured concrete retaining wall, both on July 14. Never received a quote on the terrace project after many follow-up calls. It took several calls to get the referred company (unrelated to Earthkeepers) out and, again, never received a quote. Received an email from Sonja on September 23 "following up" - over 60 days later. I have already taken my business elsewhere."

I requested a call yesterday or today to review the quote that was 10 K over budget and appears to have missed supplies I already purchased. Not sure, as no call. Seemed knowledgable and was ready to go. Not now."
