"I've lived at Arrive Buckhead for five years and I've seen different staff members come and go. The current staff members William and Rose are very accommodating, friendly, and respond fast to any questions. The maintenance staff are also fast to respond to any maintenance related issues. The location is excellent with walking distance to a bunch of stores and the Lindbergh Marta station. It's also very easy to access 400 and I-85/I-75 with car which makes it very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Been living at Arrive Buckhead for a year. The staff is super friendly, and the maintenance team is quick and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to major stores, eateries, and the metro station. It's hard to find such a great deal in this neighborhood. They also have a great pool and a well equipped gym. Highly recommend!"

"This place has the absolute WORST problems I have ever seen our water has been out going on 3 days for maintenance problems and the best that they can do is reimburse us for water bought. They gave us the option to SHARE the restrooms in vacant apartments with dozens of other tenants in our building. I had another person walk in on me in the restrooms at 1am as a woman. I am TRAUMATIZED. You have no other option. Either that or just pile your business on in the toilet. They need to hire better plumbers. The water randomly being shut off is an ongoing problem. Not to mention people have to shower. Please do not move here. Nothing luxurious about this place."

"Tried to give things some time here, but please take heed of the precious reviews and do not move here. Have been without running water for days, never experienced something like this before. My sink handle comes off every other week, maintenance is pretty dismissive as well. When asked for updates, the leasing agents respond with an attitude and unwillingness to assist. Not worth the prices charged, most appliances come with damages. Not luxury at all. Complex override with bugs, you are also charged for pest control that does not help."
