"Just moved out of here after a little over two years at the property. Love the property, we will miss our unit with the long wall of windows letting in all kinds of natural light and the loft setting. The location to Centennial and the stadiums has its perks (and drawbacks - but nothing you shouldn’t already know prior to renting) but tbh the hardest thing to leave is the staff. Eboni and Elton run a great property and are just really great people. Yes they work for the property, but both were great with building relationships with the tenants and my wife and I in particular we’d have numerous times we’d drop in for a quick admin item and next thing we know 20-30 min has gone by conversing. Eboni communicates well w property items, hosts some fun community events, and is truly a pleasure to be around. Lived in maybe 15 diff apartments in my life and she’s easily a top 2 apt mgr and she isn't 2. really made our stay much more pleasant and was a complete 180 from the previous manager, Eric. We will miss you Eboni and Elton!!"

Yall know the landlords and companies that care more about getting someone new in then they do about you having a good stay? Yeah she’s the opposite. And she’s down to earth like actually (not fake business smile down to earth). And she’s been personally very present for me if I truly needed a favor(like letting me know my package was sitting out) and I hope to keep returning the favors and this is one way I can do it. She even blessed us with some food one morning. Truly a apt manager who cares and a space that is seemingly not more expensive than it should be AA+++++"

"The property manager is the Worst. She is messy and is always in the tenants business. I believe she use the cameras to personally go back and attack tenants. So be careful and cautious ⚠️. She's money Hungry!"

"We went to visit this property and were totally AMAZED! We had lots of questions about the property and neighborhood. Eboni was very responsive through both email and phone. She arranged for us to see the 2 bedroom unit by ourselves ensuring minimum contact, safety, and cleanliness due to COVID. We also liked that we were able to take our time looking at the unit and didn’t feel rushed. This is definitely one of our top three places!"
