"While the complex has its perks, my time here has been a mixed bag, to say the least. One of the biggest challenges I've faced is the lack of consideration from some of my neighbors. It’s 2 in the morning, and suddenly, the folks above and to the left decide it's the perfect time to rearrange their furniture. It's become a regular occurrence, disrupting my sleep and leaving me feeling frustrated. But that's not all. I've been dealing with a faulty dryer for the past eight months. Despite numerous requests to have it fixed, it seems like my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. It's disappointing, to say the least, especially when you expect basic amenities to be in working order. And let's talk about communication—or the lack thereof—from management. I've sent countless emails trying to address these issues, but it feels like they're avoiding the problem altogether. It's disheartening when you reach out for help, only to be met with silence. In a nutshell, while 1016 Lofts might seem like a great choice on the surface, my experience tells a different story. The noise disturbances, maintenance delays, and lack of responsiveness from management are real issues that shouldn't be ignored."

"In my experience at the apartment complex, the initial interaction was off-putting as the representative remained seated behind a barrier when greeting me. Despite expressing my interest in viewing and leasing a unit, I was informed that they couldn't show me any units that day. The reason given was that they were finishing reports, which seemed like an unnecessary reason to not show a potential client the unit same day. Suggesting to return the next day. This, combined with the indication that the decision came from management, left me with a negative impression of the customer service and overall experience."

"Our maintenance guys are the friendliest and the best. Brittany our office manager is also the best! Perfect location, fun pool and courtyard. Big clean game room for inviting your friends over to drink and play pool and the renovations are great. The lofts are beautiful with a perfect vibe. Thank you Brittany for making our stay comfortable."

"The perfect location. Very peaceful if you are a peaceful person. Perfect pool. Our office manager Brittany is the absolute best! Her energy and work ethic is everything!! Our maintenance guys are very hard working nice guys as well. I'm so grateful for them and Brittany."

"They can talk all the trash they want but this community is very peaceful. I love my loft, there is no bug problem. The dog park and gym are very convenient the only thing about the dog park is me questioning the sanitation of the grass but outside of that Brittney is the absolute best. Her energy and willingness to get things done is out of this world. I couldn't ask for a better office manager. You may hear rumors but this community is the perfect spot to live in downtown if you want peace, a nice pool, some good views and vibes. I love all of my neighbors. My leasing process was very easy, I had no complaints and Brittney always brightens your day when she passes with her big smile and warm hello. It's gonna be hard for me and my pet to leave."
