"Lived here for multiple years and it’s only been getting worse and worse. Roaches have started showing up, and they are the small ones so you know it’s an infestation. Elevators and garage gates are constantly broken. The management company changes every year. Most recently, they also tried to restrict recycling to only boxes - who cares about the planet right? I have to pay $25 extra on top of rent for “luxury trash” services but can’t even recycle anymore? The management replies are just PR, they don’t actually try to fix anything"

"UPDATE: response to management — I AM a former resident, and if your incompetence office lost my records, that demonstrates how poorly run TRACE MIDTOWN is. I experienced ALL of these issues while living here. —- Notice how all of the positive reviews are blatantly fake and/or people who only toured. (Management PAYS people to leave positive reviews after touring!) Listen to your gut and listen to the negative reviews. Trace Midtown would be rated 2 stars if management didn’t use bribery. Pests (bugs, cockroaches, etc.), broken air conditioning units, fires and flooding, very thin walls, and poor management. That’s what you’re signing up for. Before renting here, go knock on a door and ask your future neighbors what they think. We’re all desperate to break our leases!"

"I’ve lived at Trace for almost 3 years. The new management team is doing a great job at turning things around for the good. They are very professional and provide good customer service. The maintenance team is simply AWESOME!! They walk the grounds every morning and clean. They are very professional as well. Sandra the inside cleaner is also AWESOME!! She is very nice and friendly. She does an excellent job at keeping the inside building clean. The maintenance and Sandra deserve a RAISE so we don’t loose them."

"My experience with Trace has been absolutely horrible. The carbon monoxide alarm continues to go off, and despite repeated complaints, they've shown complete disregard for our safety. At this point we are going to have to get the fire department and legal action involved. To make matters worse, the presence of cockroaches is inexcusable. This place is a serious health and safety hazard, and I strongly advise anyone to think twice before considering Trace as a living option. Update 11/2: nothing has been fixed not addressed, stay away at all costs"

"In order to make a review you must select a star. I give this apartment no stars due to the level professionalism. Maybe it's me or several others not receiving call backs that feel some type of way, but I was taught to return phone calls. The property is an great location and amenities are wonderful. Now let's work on the new staff. I wish you the best managing. (Sure give you call after this post, if you would answer the darn phone or return a customers calls) 1 star for the property location."
