"There is no reason that this unremarkable older building should have Lofts priced at $5000 a month. Yes some of them are renovated. However, this building has no amenities. There is no front desk, no concierge, no swimming pool, no club room and no business center. The only thing you can do here is go in your loft and shut the door. Even with the renovations, which were badly needed, nothing in this building should be over $3200."

I had a lot of questions and called a lot (sorry lol) but she made sure to reassure me I wasn't being a bother and if I had any more questions don't hesitate to ask. She also made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. I appreciate her professionalism and warm spirit. Thank you so much again. The location is wonderful."

"I wish I had the same experience as the rest of these reviews because I have not and it is very disappointing. I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with 17th st. From the moment I moved into my unit, it was clear that it was not in a move-in ready condition. The list of issues included unfinished paintwork, broken fixtures, and cleanliness problems that should have been addressed before my move-in date. This lack of attention to detail is inexcusable and reflects a severe lack of professionalism. What is even more concerning is the multiple leaks I have experienced in my unit. Despite reporting these leaks repeatedly, I am never responded to in a timely manner, leaving me worried about the potential mold damage that could result from their negligence as well as my personal items that were affected. As a tenant, I expected a prompt and effective response to issues. The lack of communication and the absence of a sense of urgency in addressing these problems have left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a tenant and I am hoping that at some point I can come update this review letting it be known that they fixed their mistakes."
