"I just was on the phone with Tasha and I had by far the best customer service experiences ever. I had been looking for housing for months and been struggling to find somewhere that communicates well and is professional. Tasha not only was able to help me apply, but give me the best option on an apartment while making it super easy on me. I hope that everyone gets a chance to work with her and experience the great customer service. Thanks to her, I will be moving in very soon and I will be so happy to buy her a coffee for all the help she gave me."
"Don’t even consider. I’m not even a resident cause of how money hungry this place is. you charge for anything extra. Have piss poor communication skills with the faculty as a whole, Very unprofessional at most times. I came for a tour that was last minute. because so they had me and my fiancé wait in the lobby while one rep. “Dianna” was eating lunch right in our face. Very warm welcoming. then with her co-worker re gaining her focus, she finally came to a yield to see about us. After it was know we had no set tour date and time, she quickly stated we can’t go on tours and that we would have to comeback because they stop giving them after 4:00pm, understand even with all the extra wait time. confused but was set sure to leave after that happened, and just before we were headed to the door. At 5:03pm she allowed us to self tour and instructed us where to go. After that I was sold on the place, can’t lie. But after I put my application in I felt like something was up. they seemingly made it seem like my application was denied over a collection that was no longer active and showed paid in full. to the point I called the rep. “Tosha” to help me with this situation. she gave me false info of what to do because i still ended up receiving my refund from the admin fees. called Rep. Dianna, and her assistance was no better, she literally told me verbatim— your application was denied and you would have to put in another at the full cost. So let me help you put this together. I applied for Millworks, THEY’RE National 1.1 rating-Reviewing company, Reviews my app. and messed up the screening,(which the company is surprisingly known for doing) the Reviewing company states they have no further changes or adjustments to approval other than a dispute(which takes 30days) or re-submit another screening. But the Apartment of to whom applied can make those decisions. As I stated in the beginning. I’m STILL not a resident at Millworks. Just gon back to the drawing board of apt. searches. this ain’t it and they’re current residents are finding ways to break their lease to leave as well. well lesson learned"
"I moved in just a few days ago but so far the entire experience from touring to move in has been very pleasant. Diana was a huge help during this process. I had been debating between this complex and one other. Diana helped me find a unit that fit my needs and my budget. One thing that stood out to me was how well Diana and the rest of the staff communicated throughout the process. Any time I called I got an answer or a call back. Emails never went unanswered. The other complex never responded to any calls or emails and that told me a lot and made my decision to choose Millworks much easier. Any concerns I have had have been addressed since my move in. The residents have been nice and no disturbances so far. Thank you to Diana and the team for help during this transition in my life!"
"I’ve lived at Millworks for about a month now and I am beyond happy and comfortable. The tour and application process was super easy and seamless. Latasha was the main person I was helped by and she is just a doll! Very pleasant and thorough! Mike the head of maintenance is also great! My fridge was not cooperating upon my move in and he made sure it was fixed quickly and efficiently! My apartment is spotless, have yet to see any bugs aside from a garden spider or 2 which hasn’t been an issue. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints. I plan to be here for a while! Definitely recommend"
"The new staff here truly cares about making this a great place to live, and have made huge steps to make this a better place to live since they took over earlier this year. Amenities have been updated and security greatly improved! The Maintenance team is sizeable, kind, and incredibly responsive. Had a great experience getting repairs done from Jerome, he showed up with only one of my requests on his docket but quickly knocked out the other things I had pending. Can’t imagine a smoother experience! Oh and also, the location is great! So many great spots around to walk to."
