"I really want to give these apartments a 0, however I moved from Trestletree Apartments so this was an upgrade BUT it was worse overall. First of all, I wasn’t even living in Castleberry for a WHOLE MONTH, before my apartment got robbed. May belongings were stolen by children, simply because of the items that were taken. Then when I made the leasing office aware, they gonna say do I have insurance ? Like really, that’s your response. Mind you, it’s old people that sit outside my unit on the weekends drinking beer, that’s there club .Then, a few months later I noticed mold in my unit. I made aware to them for them to just paint over it. When say it was time for my son and I got to go !! Mind you I lived in my old apartments for 3 years and never got robbed. Worst management and the child over there were raised by parents who shouldn’t be parents."

"I love these apartments and the new management. The old management screwed my account up soooo bad that I thought I was going to have to sue. Luckily they had Ms. Laverne contact me and she is correcting it. & I’m also able to pay rent online. The new office staff is really nice, and I love how they sometimes match and look so professional. Any maintenance problem I have, he’s always alert and handle my problem within 48 hours. Jamella helped me with my mailbox situation. I’m just overall excited about the new management."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Maintenance is god awful and new management is to they all have horrible attitudes and care nothing about you or the community. They will boot and tow your car just because, they don’t even have a valid reason. They will terminate your lease if you say anything they don’t like just because they feel like they can do that. I stayed here 4 years with no problems until new management came. The gates and cameras stay broken, the pool or fitness center is never open and your car will get broken into or stolen, you will hear multiple gun shots almost everyday even in broad daylight. This is not a safe community to live in especially if you have kids. PLEASEEE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! DONT GET FOOLED BY THE PRICE! NOT WORTH IT!! If I could leave no stars"
