"We got as far as getting approved for one of their mobile homes and decided not to forward through. Why, you may ask? Well, the day before our showing we learned we had to bring the $2000 in cash. As in dollar bills. I clarified that we wouldn't be able to use credit/debit cards, checks or money order and they reiterated that for the initial deposit, they only accept cash and no other traceable form of payment. They claim it's due to scammers, but somehow every other rental company in the area manages. Ms. Sullivan is very sweet and helpful, though. Kris did reach out to his boss to see if we could do a cashiers check, but the boss refused to kudos to Kris for trying."

"The application process was pretty simple, Sullivan was very friendly and pleasant on the phone. However, I wish I had known before paying the application fee that they only accept the deposit in 100% CASH only. Wouldn't have applied if I'd had the knowledge. Hoping to share for others who don't feel comfortable bringing thousands of dollars in cash to view a home."
