"Management is not good. They will deduct your security deposit without any reason or in the name of senseless damage in these old apartments. They deducted my deposit for their old restroom tiles which were not even damaged. the filling was old and already cracked. So be aware of that. Keep the record of whatever is already damaged."
"It was a very nice experience living here, the manager is very friendly, the apartment is well maintained and, when you need some maintenance they are very quick. The location is amazing, close to all you need for your day-to-day. The neighbors are very nice too."
"The Manger is very unprofessional and unorganized. I first made an appointment to see apartment on March 25 at 2:00pm. When I arrived at the appointment with my friend. I called and no one answered we ended up waiting for 30 minutes until my friend decided to drive around the apartment building where we found the manger with another lady, I explained to her I had an appointment at two to see an apartment to remind you it was almost 2:45 the manger looked at me and said okay she will be there in a minute she was in no hurry. When she finally made back to the office, she said I forgot all about the appointment while she was trying to find the keys for the empty apartment the lady who she was with said what was wrong with the water because it was coming out brown that should have been the first red flag. On April, the 6 I turned in my application the manger told me I should know something within the next week two weeks went by before I called her and asked about my application, she had forgot about me and my application I really need to move asap and need that apartment. April 13 the manger finally answered the phone and told me she had a bigger apartment available and asked did I want to see it I said sure this time I decide to take two friends with me this time have a witness. When we got to the office, she was outside on the phone we had to wait another 30 minutes while she finished her phone call. The bigger apartment was nice they were still working on it. I told her I love the apartment and would like to sign the lease she said okay just come back Friday with the deposit and have Georgia Power to cut on the lights in F2 which is the apartment she had showed me and when I have the lights cut on and I could come pick up my keys. Thursday April the 15 I called the manger to get the information to have the lights cut on I called at least five times before she answered the phone, she acted like she didn’t remember me again and asked what apartment I wanted and I explained to her I was the lady who came Tuesday and looked at the F2 apartment and I had been there twice before she paused and said I’m so sorry someone already got the apartment. All she had to do is tell me she had another person who was interested in the same apartment and I would of looked some where else or waited for another one to become available I was upset I told her thank you and hung up the phone. I had a couple of weeks to reflect on the whole situation it was just bad business from the go and God will save you from a bad situation after reading some of the google reviews I should have never tried to move over there. Right now, I will not try and rent from this place again which is sad because it is right down from the hospital and I-75 and could be a nice apartment complex. Now I understand why the rent in Tifton is high anything below $700 is not worth it. Does anyone now the corporate number I would like to report the manger to them?"
"First time moving out on my own here. It was lovely at first with Missy but then management changed to Amy and she was never personable or anything. Don’t expect to get things fixed in a timely manner. If you’re worried about the AC units they are good and keep the apartment cool. I love the cold. Neighbors don’t bother you and it’s quiet. There are cats that live around there and they are super sweet."
