"Had a wonderful time here and at the red roof inn plus in Gainesville Florida. Both had great employees and was very clean and comfortable. I will stay with them again when I travel to Florida"

"Arrived at the hotel tired. The lobby smelled strongly of curry but given its detachment from the rooms I wasn't concerned. Had to wait a while to get Booked in because some young man was being inappropriate toward the young woman behind the desk. I eventually managed to book a kingsize room. Arrived at the room to find the door handle wasn't working very well took me 5 minutes to access the room. Got into the room at first glance everything looked OK. Dropped the suitcase and got into the shower, after showering reached for a towel to find all we had been provided were 2 small towels only big enough to dry hair. Not a single bath towel was provided. Went to get into the bed which was occupied by my now-sleeping Husband, to find that they only provided 3 small pillows for a kingsize bed. I'm sorry but the bare minimum expectation is 4. My husband was already sleeping and given that it was now dark and late I did not feel secure or safe to walk to reception to ask for another pillow. To be perfectly fair no one should have to. I have a medical condition that requires me to be slightly elevated. After trying unsuccessfully to get to sleep I resorted to sleeping in the chair. The chair once reclined would not go back down and it took a feat of gymnastic proportions to get out of the death trap. Red roof is a budget brand, I accept that but there are minimum expectations and the least they can do is provide real size towels and 2 pillows per guest. Last but not least the wifi was not working We had just left a Best Western hotel the night before, paid the same rate but had a 5 star experience."

"Don't stay... find another hotel. Horrible!! Mold in bathroom, dirty comforters, bugs in sinks, smelt dirty and stale. We spayed and clean but couldn't sleep due to the smell. An hour later we packed the car went to the front desk to check out. No refund because we didn't complain with in 15-20 minutes. Close to highway."

"Came here late at night. Seemed fine until I went to the bathroom at 1 AM and a COCKROACH poked its head out from under the toilet seat!!! Get what you pay for. Beds are ok. Fridge in the room and able to park my car close. But doubt I’m gonna be able to get back to sleep! Lobby has a strong curry-like odor. Wasn’t in the rooms though."

"We stopped here for one night on our way to Florida. The hotel is convenient to I-75 so leaving in the morning was easy. Check in was easy and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this Red Roof Inn, and it's pet friendly!"
