Motel 6 Tifton, GA

"You get what you pay for! Pros: There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and everything else was within a 5 minute drive. Most of the staff was great. I was able to get a first floor room and you couldn’t beat the price. No bed bugs at all surprisingly. Cons: ROACHES. The towels were dirty so I had to buy my own. I was placed next to a long term resident pounding on my wall and screaming her head off and management did nothing about it. Said I could move but due to the nature of my job and the amount of things I had, I wasn’t able to move and I shouldn’t have had to. I wasn’t the one causing the issue. But regardless, that was my personal experience. All hotels/motels are a hit or miss so you may have a better experience than me. Hopefully they take this review into consideration and change some things."

"Great service. The room is nice. The location is quiet. There's only a few channels available, not a deal breaker. I highly recommend and will stay here again."

"well maintained landscape, clean. Beds were wonderful. best ever for a motel 6. we did reserve a king bed and walked in with 2 queen. late, hungry, tired just kept it. beds were wonderful. only problem, shower knob is missing and shower head needs screwed. shower had water running down the wall than on your head. easy fix. otherwise we will be back."

"Great hotel that's cheap and clean for overnight travelers!!! No bugs. Which is always a concern at cheap hotels. Clean clean clean. Friendly staff. However, the pool is not maintained correctly. Only putting occasional chlorine is not enough proper maintenance at all. Leaving it can cause bodily infections. We passed on swimming. Hotel door not 100% secure...ajar a little which is a safety concern."

"Yuck. Not the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in but pretty close. No coffee maker in the room. There’s a fridge that’s plugged in but is hot and doesn’t work. The sink and bathtub were filthy. Sink didn’t drain right. The only big towel was nasty and black and unusable. On the bright side, I didn’t see any bed bugs!"
