"I looked at two rooms, and both were dirty. I stayed because I did not feel like checking into a different hotel and getting a refund. The customer service at the hotel was very professional and assertive. Excellent staff at the registration desk."

"This is a true “you get what you pay for” experience. The woman at the desk was helpful. Lots of sketchy characters in the parking lot. A nice crack around the edge of the door, I guess call it a night light. The bathroom was dirty and saw an unidentified bug crawling across the toilet. In hindsight, travel one exit farther and pay a little more for one of the other 15 hotels in this town."

"It’s chose your adventure and mystery novel, you don’t know what type of quality it’ll be until you get there. Upon arrival, the friendly front desk was very helpful. We got to our room and immediately regretted saving our dollar. The floor was sticky, there was spills all over the floors, walls and baseboards. Both beds had dirty sheets with yellow and brown stains that were questionable if they had been washed in between tenets. The headboard was a fabric material and truly cringe worthy. We ended up getting some camping blankets out of truck and laying them down on the bed instead of sleeping directly on the sheets. Thankfully, we had our own pillows too. We were looking forward to a hot shower and the tub was stained in the bottom, where we didn’t even want to stand in the tub or use the yellow-hued towels. On the bright side. There was a gap so large in the front door you could put your finger through it. At least the light outside served as a night light. If you are looking for some pros - we had cold AC that didn’t make much noise at night. You’re 1 exit away from Chick-fil-A and the hotel is literally feet away from the exit ramp for 75. If you’re looking to save money and you’re the thinking, “oh it can’t be that bad”, trust us, that’s where our mind was, and it is. Spend the extra dollar and sleep peacefully somewhere else."

"Unfortunately we booked and then we saw the reviews. The place is a real dump. We saw cockroaches and moths. The neighbors upstairs were from 10pm until 6am shouting, chanting and talking loudly. Don't rest at all. The breakfast looked good but we don't know under what conditions they prepared it and I don't want to know."

"Terrible experience! We booked through a third-party app and expected a non-smoking room at around $75/nt but when we arrived less than an hour later we were told they only had a smoking room available at that rate, but for $150++ we can "upgrade" to a non-smoking suite. The smell of smoke saturated everything in the room. Not acceptable! We just couldn't stay there due to allergies to cigarette smoke."
